Pilates offers everyone, from the novice to the athlete, a way to bring the mind and body in sync and create freedom of movement. We at Core Arts Pilates strive to maintain the integrity of Pilates and offer sessions in private, duet and group Pilates.

Located on the 2nd level of the ART 634 building on N. Mechanic St., we are Jackson's premiere Pilates Studio. Our goal is to help our clients change their bodies one session at a time in a fun, artistic, and safe environment .  We also offer Therapeutic Massage and Reflexology to relax and nurture the body and soul.

Welcome Tina Farkas!  Tina will be teaching Intermediate and Tempo Pilates Mat classes.  She trained at the PhysicalMind Institute in Chicago, IL.  and I am thrilled to have her on board!

Erin Wetzel-Righettini is a Certified Pilates Instructor and Certified Massage Therapist.
