The mission of Core Arts Pilates is to help people at every level of fitness to find strength and balance.  We provide a supportive and nonjudgemental enviroment where our clients are encouraged to find their own body's potential for movement. 

The Studio at Core Arts Pilates is nestled in an old historic home in downtown Jackson.  Come and enjoy group classes and private sessions in a serene and comfortable studio enviroment.

Who We Are

Erin Wetzel is the owner and creator of Core Arts Pilates studio.  Erin's love of movement began in dance, both Ballet and Modern.  Twelve years ago she recieved her certification as a Massage Therapist through the Health Enrichment Center while living in Traverse City, MI.  After moving to Ann Arbor, she went to the University of Michigan where she recieved her BFA in Theater Performance.  It was here that she fell in love with her movement studies such as Tai Chi, Alexander Technique, Laban movement theories, and other methods.  She began doing Pilates seven years ago, and received her certifications through both PhysicalMind Institute in Chicago, IL and The Center for Women's Fitness in Ann Arbor, MI.
